About Giovanna
Giovanna Marinelli is a Sr. Litigation and eDiscovery Paralegal. She has more than 25 years of litigation experience in Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Construction Defect, Commercial Litigation, and Intellectual Property. Giovanna treats her clients with compassion and respect, and takes pride in being able to put herself in her clients’ shoes to help them navigate the sometimes complicated and intimidating legal process. She has been a project leader for some high-profile cases for Fortune 500 clients on variety of complex product liability cases. Giovanna has worked on cases from inception through trial, and has some appellate experience as well.
For more than eight years, Giovanna has led the way in the eDiscovery program at Jaburg Wilk and creates and maintains numerous databases. She is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Relativity; Digital War Room; Eclipse; OneCue (trial presentation software); Trial Director; Adobe Pro; FoxIt; Westlaw; PACER; AZTurboCourt, and others. In addition to her eDiscovery skills, Giovanna regularly collaborates with our attorneys to develop effective legal strategies and collaborates with experts by providing them with information and documentation critical for their evaluation.
