Family Law Attorney
Family Law · Phoenix
An opening for an experienced family law attorney who wants to grow their legal expertise and expand their book of business.
- Admitted and in good standing in Arizona
- A minimum of 5 years practicing family law
- Experience with dissolution, post-decree modifications, parenting agreements, paternity, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Experience with family law trials, hearings, settlement conferences and mediations
- Has developed and delivered case strategy, and managed clients or parts of case strategy
- Excellent technical, negotiation and persuasive writing skills
Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant
Litigation · Phoenix
Supports our Arizona civil litigation practice group, assisting clients and litigation attorneys.
- At least three years of recent Arizona litigation experience
- Comfortable with technology and the Arizona rules of civil procedure

Paralegals
Our paralegals work alongside attorneys on every kind of matter we handle, from business transactions and litigation to family law, estate planning and probate. They are problem-solvers, clear communicators and trusted members of each practice team, and they are respected for their expertise.
We look for paralegals who are organized and detail-oriented, take ownership of their work, are committed to client service, and do well in a fast-paced, collaborative firm. Arizona experience and strong technical skills are a plus.
Legal assistants
Legal assistants are an integral part of our legal support team, providing advanced legal and administrative help to attorneys and making our client service possible. We are glad to hear from legal professionals who are proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, with strong technical and organizational skills.
