About Corrinne
Corrinne (“Cori”) Viola’s practice sits at the intersection of employment law and commercial creditor’s rights. While these areas are often treated as distinct, they frequently overlap in disputes involving compensation structures, contractual payment obligations, ownership interests, and enforcement of judgments. Cori represents businesses, creditors, and professionals navigating conflicts where the central question is simple but high-stakes: who is entitled to be paid and how that right is enforced.
Cori’s creditor’s rights practice focuses on commercial recovery and post-judgment enforcement. She regularly assists clients in pursuing complex collection strategies involving real property interests, establishing individual liability, fraudulent transfers, and other asset recovery. She also advises employers on responding to and complying with earnings garnishments, including navigating their obligations as garnishees and addressing disputes that arise during the garnishment process.
Her employment practice complements this work. Cori represents professionals and companies in employment disputes, including compensation and commission claims, restrictive covenants, severance and termination matters, and claims arising under federal and state anti-discrimination and employment laws. This dual perspective allows her to identify leverage early and frame cases around enforceable payment rights rather than abstract workplace disagreements.
Cori regularly appears before the Arizona Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, as well as state and federal appellate courts. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings and before regulatory bodies. Cori handles matters from pre-suit strategy through trial, appeal, and enforcement, and has chaired multiple jury and bench trials.
Although a trial attorney at heart, Cori approaches litigation as a means to an end, not an end in itself. She works with clients from the outset to assess risk, identify leverage, and determine the most effective path toward their objectives. Her focus remains on achieving practical results that make sense for the client.

Cori was my prosecuting attorney in my discrimination lawsuit. She really does care about her clients. I appreciated her honesty throughout my case. I also really appreciated her sense of humor. She was smart and represented me well. I received a good settlement and didn’t have to go to trial.

Ms. Viola helped with a group lawsuit to recover withheld payments from our employer related to sick leave and paid time off. She did an excellent job with a difficult case. Very responsive to her clients' needs and questions.
