  • I retained Alden for a matter concerning my residency reclassification at the university I attend in AZ. I have lived in AZ for a number of years and have made it my permanent home but I was still paying out-of-state tuition at my university. I was referred to Alden because of her excellent reputation, where she has developed a specialized expertise of this nuanced residency reclassification issue with AZ universities. The applicable state laws and university regulations are difficult to understand and interpret for any college student trying to change their residency classification to "in state" in AZ. Alden understands all these laws & regulations and more importantly, she knows what evidence AZ universities consider most important in making reclassification decisions. She was a patient guide in assisting me with my reclassification paperwork and helping me with a lot of other things I did not know about during this stressful process. I'm happy to share my Petition was granted.
