I wanted to give a huge thank you to Brian Merdinger and Philomena Patino with Jaburg Wilk for their tremendous work over the last year in helping resolve my custody matter. They both did an excellent job at staying diligent and professional with my case to ensure that we get to a finish line sooner than later, and get results that make most sense for both parties and most importantly my son who is in the middle. I would recommend both of them to anyone who is in need of the right representation and guidance on how to handle a custody or divorce situation in the most appropriate way possible.

I would like to thank Jaburg Wilk Law Firm, specifically, David Uffens and Philomena Patino, for the incredible work they did handling my case. From the moment I retained them, there was an instant relief of stress lifted from my shoulders. They took the time to understand my situation, displayed genuine empathy, and helped me navigate one of the most stressful times in my life. We were able to come up with a separation agreement that addressed many of the significant issues in the beginning that I believe set me up for success later in the divorce. From the time I retained them to when I was legally divorced, it took about 10 months to resolve. Communication was great and I was kept up to date on everything through the entire process. I knew exactly where I was at from beginning to end and if I had any questions, they took the time to explain and give me reassurance. I would 100% recommend anyone who may find themselves in this situation and would rate my experience a 10/10.

Mena was excellent! Any question or concern I had was quickly met with a speedy response. I never had to wait more than a day for an answer. She and the team always made sure I was current with information and eased any worry I had about my case. Not only did she provide wonderful service but we won my case and more.
