Jaburg Wilk Names New Partner
Jaburg Wilk announced that David G. Schmidt was named as a partner of the firm effective July 1, 2025.
Schmidt is an attorney in the firm’s bad faith litigation and insurance law practice group. He has assisted insurance companies and business clients in litigation, insurance law, bad faith litigation, and construction defect litigation. Schmidt earned his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. He has been named a Southwest Super Lawyer Rising Star continuously since 2019.

He is an active leader with the Arizona Association of Defense counsel and has held both board and committee leadership positions. He is a board member of the SARRC NextGen Committee.
